आजकल शादी की शुरुआत कभी-कभी घर के drawing room से नहीं, matrimonial website के inbox से होती है।

Profile अच्छी है। Photos अच्छी हैं। Job अच्छी है। Family “decent” लग रही है। दो-चार video calls हो गईं और फिर घर में वही dialogue—“लगता है रिश्ता ठीक है।”

Telangana High Court ने भी 2026 में matrimonial portal पर गलत date of birth देने और उससे गलत horoscope matching होने से जुड़े fraud allegation पर फैसला किया। Court ने circumstances को marriage-consent dispute के संदर्भ में examine किया।

अब Focus कीजिए।

यह केवल “लड़का अच्छा है या लड़की अच्छी है?” वाला सवाल नहीं है।

Previous marriage? Divorce? Children? Actual employment? Real qualification? Income representation? Existing litigation? Permanent address? Identity documents? Family background?

हर सवाल का answer शादी रोकने के लिए नहीं होता। लेकिन important facts verify किए बिना शादी करना बाद में बहुत महंगा पड़ सकता है।

और शादी के बाद कोई shocking fact मिले तो evidence destroy या edit करने के बजाय उसे सुरक्षित रखिए।

क्योंकि कल वही छोटी digital detail आपके पूरे मामले की timeline समझाने में useful हो सकती है।
